Service Description

At Tooled Up Foundation, we partner with schools to provide targeted in-school interventions that nurture emotional resilience, boost academic engagement, and promote overall wellbeing. We understand that for many pupils, barriers to learning go far beyond the classroom - and our programmes are designed to address those challenges with care, consistency, and impact. Our in-school services include therapeutic mentoring, relationship and behaviour education, and tailored workshops that support social and emotional development. Whether it's one-to-one support or small group sessions, our approach is trauma-informed and built on trust, ensuring that every child feels seen, heard, and valued. We work closely with school staff, SENCOs, safeguarding leads and families to ensure a joined-up approach that supports the whole child. Our experienced practitioners offer regular progress updates and clear communication, helping schools track the emotional and behavioural growth of each pupil we work with. At the heart of our in-school work is the belief that every young person has the potential to thrive when given the right environment and the right support. We’re not just another intervention - we become part of the wider school community, providing a reliable, long-term presence that pupils can count on.
