Projects

Our approach focuses on understanding the diverse experiences of young people from various backgrounds. We meet each individual where they are, rather than where society expects them to be. We recognise that each child is unique, so we adapt our methods and programs to suit their specific needs. This flexibility is our specialty—whether working in schools, estates, prisons, or other environments, we tailor our programs accordingly. Our goal is to create lasting, impactful solutions that continue to benefit these young people long after our work is done.

Schools

Our work in schools focuses on supporting students who may struggle in traditional classrooms. We offer small group sessions in activities like boxing, woodwork, and football to build discipline, self-worth, and pride. The most impactful aspect is one-to-one mentoring, where we guide students to move forward independently. This approach encourages accountability, helping students take ownership of their actions and decisions, leading to powerful personal growth and life-changing progress.

Community

As a foundation, we work within housing estates to rebuild community and connection. We engage young people through sports clubs, youth programs, and collaboration with parents, providing positive outlets and guidance during challenging times. Our goal is to create future leaders who can impact their communities, bridging the gap caused by poverty by opening doors to new opportunities. We're passionate about expanding our reach and actively pursuing more estate projects.

International

Our international outreach began last summer when a mentor spent time at a refugee camp in Uganda, describing it as the most impactful experience of his life. Inspired by this, we aim to make these trips an annual part of our work. We run sports activities for children in the camps, using play to bring joy and encouragement. The gratitude and resilience of these young people deeply inspire us as we expand this impactful work.

RSE

Our RSE sessions provide a safe, supportive space for young people to discuss difficult topics. In small groups of six, we encourage honest conversation and respectful debate, ensuring all voices are heard. Instead of telling students they’re wrong, we offer new perspectives, helping them reframe toxic thinking and consider alternative viewpoints. These sessions lead to powerful moments of growth and connection, boosting confidence and fostering healthier, more thoughtful approaches to relationships and real-life issues.

Prisons

Our work at HMP Feltham has shown the powerful impact of hope, even in tough environments. We've engaged with young boys who, despite their circumstances, have genuine hearts and good intentions. By listening and offering new perspectives, we’ve seen lives shift and futures open up. Bringing hope into those walls has been one of our most meaningful experiences. While our work is paused, we're eager to return and build on the progress made.

Assemblies

Our assemblies are designed to inspire students through powerful life stories, allowing them to learn from our mistakes and experiences. By sharing relatable stories, we aim to connect with students and offer valuable lessons that resonate with their own lives. These assemblies provide an opportunity to reach students who may not participate in our smaller programs, and we believe that even one meaningful interaction can change a student's path for the better.
