The Tooled Up Foundation's community programmes are built around the belief that every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves access to positive opportunities, meaningful relationships, and a sense of belonging. Our work in the community spans a range of environments—from youth clubs and housing estates to prisons and pupil referral units. Whether we’re running creative workshops, delivering mentoring sessions, or facilitating open conversations about mental health and identity, our aim is to empower young people and adults to make informed choices and lead fulfilling lives. At Tooled Up Foundation, we focus on early intervention, consistency, and relationship-building. Our experienced team of facilitators, mentors, and youth workers are trusted figures in the communities we serve. All of our programmes are co-designed with the community in mind.
